I hope you are well! Its hard to believe a whole month (or almost!) has gone by for me since I moved to Vancouver and started my 9-5 work life! Its been a rough month, emotionally and physically, with living long distance from my husband. Its been physically hard, because the bottom line is that my body is not using to working 9-5 in a CLINICAL position, where patients and supervisors depend on you. Its a whole different kind of work and its physically draining.
The other thing I have struggled with alot this month is eating better and using good quality ingredients to nourish my body given all that is being demanded of me. This whole month I have been having the Moringa Powder by Greeniche Health in the morning as a supplement in my morning smoothie. And its been AMAZING. I have felt so much more energetic during the day than I have before, and I have peace of mind knowing that I am getting essential nutrients like iron, potassium, vitamin A and calcium from an all natural source.
But… the mornings are getting a bit chilly for smoothies in my opinion. But I love my Moringa too much to let it go. Truly, i am obsessed with it and the benefits I have felt in my body this month are just amazing. So, I wanted to create a warm drink for the chilly fall mornings that I can sip on my walk to work.
Enter a Moringa Latte!
How to make a Moringa Latte
All I did was warm up some water and mix in one teaspoon of Moringa Powder and top it off with some almond milk, and let it heat up! You can also add a sweetener of choice – I usually add honey or maple syrup. And its absolutely delicious!
This warm cozy drink is such a great way to get that energy boost in the morning, without having caffeine (if you are sensitive to caffeine) and still gives you the cozy vibes, perfect for fall and into winter.
If you try the latte, do leave me a comment below and tell me how it turned out!
