Don’t you love the look of a vintage rug?! They are so beautiful and detailed but unfortunately come with a steep price sometimes! I thought I would share some vintage inspired rugs that are in our home that are totally on a budget. I love the look of a vintage rug but just cannot afford them since they cost thousands of dollars. I have collected these vintage-inspired rugs over the years and absolutely love the charm and character they add to my evolving modern transitional style!
Let’s get started with the main floor!
Living Room
The living room rug is one of my favourites and unfortunately, its a one of a kind rug meaning theres no option to get a second one.. but it is from Revival Rugs who restore vintage rugs and have an amazing selection of rugs to choose from!

Dining Room
Next, we have the dining room – this room is not shared very often on here because I never got around to actually doing anything to it unless you count the furniture. This rug is also… one-of-a-kind. I purchased this at Home Sense Canada in 2015 for an exorbitant amount of money because its a 9 feet by 12 feet rug and is a plush rug made in turkey. I absolutely love the rug collection at Home Sense if you are someone who likes to see and feel the rug before purchasing. I am linking a similar rug to this one HERE which is again by Loloi Rugs!

The Office
Moving upstairs, if we go to the office, this rug is one you ca purchase online! It is the Joquin Rug from Loloi Rugs and since it is old, it is hard to find in stock! This size is a 5′ by 7 ‘ rug and it is super cute in this office space!

Play Room
This gorgeous beauty in the playroom is from Ruggable and is the Kamran Coral Rug in a size 5′ by 7 ‘ again. It is stunning and is washable! I highly recommend this for a high traffic area like a playroom, breakfast nook or any other area that you like!

Rainbow Room
Next up, is our favourite rainbow room for Liyana! This rug is the newest addition to our home and is a screen printed vintage inspired rug from Loloi Rugs collaboration with Chris loves Julia. It is the color Ocean Mist from the Jules Collection and is simply stunning in my opinion in this space!

Principle Bedroom
Next up, we have another beautiful Loloi Rug in the principle bedroom! This one is actually my absolute favourite rug in our home and I am obsessed with the colours and tones! This is a 9 by 12 rug in the colour Terracotta/Multi and has the most perfect shades of navy, blush, mustard that I am obsessed with!

Principle Bedroom Ensuite
And now for the most controversial rug.. the one in my bathroom that there was so much debate on when I got it! I am proud to say it has held up quite well over the year! Apart from a few makeup mishaps its pretty nice still and I would buy it again for the bathroom over the other options available in the market! This rug is a 3 by 5 rug in the colour Terracotta by Loloi Rugs!

So there you have it! A full rug round-up of different rugs all over our home.. waiting to be rolled up to go into storage at this point!

I’m partial to the vintage look these days – love these rugs!!!
